Used Direct Travel insurance for the past 5 years and have always received fantastic service. Due to a pre existing medical condition I have to call to sort out my insurance, the staff have always been more than helpful. During our last holiday I needed to seek medical advice due to a allergic reaction. Direct Travel were great when we got back, simply printed off the applicable form from the website filled it in, sent my recipts and got my money back in approx 2 – 3 weeks just minus the £50 excess on the policy. Would definately recommend Direct Travel.
Have used their annual policy for a few years now and have always found the price of their quote to be very competitive. They always handle enquiries efficiently and simplify your requests for additional cover. I have not had to make a claim so far and touch wood I won’t have to but so far so good.
