Provided no compensation at all when our luggage was trapped in our hotel by earthquake and some of it subsequently stolen. May be relatively cheap, but no use at all they don’t actually pay out!

avoid like the plague simple to use website cheap prices but customer services non existant
tried you contact for refund several times eventually gave up.would not use this company again tried ringing but as soon as youmention refund mysteriously got disconnected

Cheapest Policy by far, and provided excellent cover as standard, so no need to compromise cover for price. I’m going to South Africa for 4 months and I got a quote about £50 cheaper than any other competitor. The website was very simple to use and no personal details (such as name, email etc.) were needed until a policy was actually purchased. Would recommend to people travelling on long trips.
